雞胃蛋白酶(PP)ELISA試劑盒檢測原理：樣本必須為液體，不含沉淀。包括血清、血漿、尿液、胸腹水、腦脊液、細胞培養上清、組織勻漿等。1ml的全血可得到0.5ml的血清或血漿。每個(gè)標本量收集體積=100ul x 檢測種類(lèi)。取材前像我司銷(xiāo)售人員所要說(shuō)明書(shū)。產(chǎn)品規格：96T/盒可檢測90個(gè)樣；48T/盒可檢測42個(gè)樣。檢測方法：ELISA。應用范圍:僅供科研使用。雞胃蛋白酶(PP)ELISA試劑盒使用前注意事項：1）實(shí)驗開(kāi)始前要將試劑盒取出室溫放置30-40分鐘，使各種試劑都恢復到室溫以使檢測結果更為穩定。2）檢測前樣本要澄清不能含雜物，并檢查各種儀器（打開(kāi)酶標儀穩定20分鐘左右）3）盡量做雙標準實(shí)驗，這樣可以保證數據的準確性。Precautions 1. Do not substitute reagents from one kit to another. Standard, conjugate and microplates are matched for optimal performance. Use only the reagents supplied by manufacturer. 2. Do not remove microplate from the storage bag until needed. Unused strips should be stored at 2-8°C in their pouch with the desiccant provided. 3. Mix all reagents before using. Remove all kit reagents from refrigerator and allow them to reach room temperature ( 20-25°C)
